Peggy D. Phillips, Owner of Peg's Blinds and Shutters is a home grown girl from right here in Waco, Texas. Peg was born and raised here in Waco. She worked for Kirsch/Levelor in the plant on Gholson Road for over twenty three years. When the plant closed in 2001 Peg took the years of hands on experience and married it to a degree in Business Administration from McLennan Community College and went into business on her own. Peg was working out of her house here in Waco when the opportunity to purchase "Harold Lowrance Interiors" came up in December of 2003. Peg purchased the business from Mr. Lowrance and has never looked back!!

Sydney C. (Sid) Phillips is the CHS (carries the heavy stuff) for Peg's. Sid's background is in contracts and logistics. With over 40 years in the general repair sector and with a Bachelor's Degree from Mary Hardin Baylor College Sid has been a big part of the expansion and progress Peg's has made over the past three years. Peg says "Sid can fix anything" and he certainly tries. Peg's repairs just about any brand and type of blind or shade.
